Two weeks, one crew, results in public.
An IVA pilot runs with one crew at one site, against a baseline we measure together. Every readout is published on this page, including the ones where IVA didn’t clear the bar.
Pilot results
No pilots completed yet
The first design-partner pilots are being scheduled with telecom field operations and industrial maintenance teams. Each readout will be posted here with its baseline, its numbers and what went wrong.
How a pilot runs
The protocol is the same for every pilot, so results can be compared across sites.
-
Before
Scope
Pick one crew and one type of repeatable job. Agree the target fields, the system records go to, the site capture policy and how long media is kept.
-
Days 1–2
Baseline
Shadow the crew and measure how records get written today: time to submit, completeness, call-backs and reporting time per shift.
-
Days 3–12
Run
The crew works with IVA. Records go to a sandbox or your live system, your choice. A named person signs every one.
-
Days 13–14
Readout
Before and after on every measure, failures included. You keep the readout and decide whether to continue.
What we measure, and what counts as working
Thresholds were set before any pilot ran, so they can’t be moved to fit the results.
| Measure | How it’s measured | Proposed threshold |
|---|---|---|
| Time from job complete to record submitted | System timestamps, baseline vs. pilot | Cut by at least half |
| Records complete on first submission | Records returned or called back by supervisors | 9 in 10 or better |
| Reporting time per technician per shift | Time study in baseline and run weeks | At least 30 minutes saved |
| First-time fix on repeat visits | Repeat jobs on the same asset within 30 days | Direction only in two weeks; tracked after |
What a pilot needs from both sides
- From your team
- One crew doing repeatable jobs, an operations lead who owns the outcome, and access to your system of record or a sandbox copy of it.
- From us
- Setup, the connector to your system, on-site support during the baseline days, and the written readout.
- Hardware
- Commercially available AI glasses or a phone in a chest or helmet mount, chosen for your site during scoping.
- Data
- Handled under the commitments on the trust page, written into the pilot plan before day one.
